In my acupuncture practice I use flower essences often with women during their fertility journey. Acupuncture might not be for you or your not local to my clinic, here’s a variety of flower essence options to support YOU for natural or assisted conception.

Impatiens

Feeling impatient, wondering if you’ll ever get pregnant? Impatiens takes away the feelings of frustration, immediately allowing you to breathe a sigh of relief. Gentian

Find forgiveness in yourself and others with you on this journey. It’s in our nature after a long period of things not going the way we want for bitterness to creep in.
